The maps elucidate the alterations which occurred in Riversdale University from 1973 to 2010. At first glance, it is evident that the most noticeable changes occurred for the replacement of nature reserve in 1973 to become several facilities.
To begin with the east part of the campus, the existence of library has been expanded to the west of the campus opposite the river. to southwest of library, 1973 to 2010 witnessed the merging of law and social science building. Furthermore, the presence of fine arts building has been altered by information science building and the student union building was relocated to the northeast of the campus. However, the position of economics building, administration building, sciences building, train stop, the bridge and car park remained unchanged over the following 37 years.
In accordance with the other changes, there were new car park, train stop and medical school building, which planned to be finished in 2019, in the south of sport fields and ovals. Nevertheless, sport fields and ovals, and sports centre remained stable over the entire period.
