The shown pictures depict the phases and dissimilar apparatus which are obligatory for producing cement. Also, the procedure of constructing concrete by cement with the aim of building structures is illustrated. These two procedures include 4 levels together, initiating with poring limestone and terminating with blending cement with other materials.
According to the pictures, initially limestone and clay are added to the crusher to become powder smoothly. Then the powder is put in the mixer which lead it to a rotating heater. In this later stage the powder is warmed up in high degrees efficiently. The hot powder then drops down on the grinder. The result of all these procedures is cement finally.
Based on the next picture, to have an appropriate concrete 15% cement and 10% water are added together with a specific amount of sand and gravel respective 25% and 50% each one to a concrete mixer which is able to blend all the mentioned items evenly.
