The flow charts shows the production of cement and concrete.
The former flow chart depicts the information about the process of manufacturing of cement. Whereas, the another picture describes the information about the production of concrete.
Thus, from an overall anlaysis, it can be said that both the production of cement and concrete is man-made process.
A close look on the first diagram makes it clear that, in the first step, limestone and clay are crushed with crrusher and powder is formed. In the next step, powder is inserted into mixer, the one end of the mixer is connected with rotating heater, the powder is rotated inside the rotating heater and heat is supplied from the another end of the cylinder. Later on, the powder is grindered with the help of grinder. Finally, cement is produced which is packed into bags and it is ready for selling in market.
As far as the production of concrete is concern, first of all, 15% cement, one-tenth water, a quater of sand and half proportion of gravel is put into concrete mixer. The concrete mixer is rotated and mixture is ready for construction use.
