The given graph demonstrates the information about using fish and variety of meat in Europe from 1979 to 2004. The numbers are measuring by grams per person per week.
Overall, it is clear to see, grams in a fish, lamb and beef were decreasing, except chicken within a time span of 25 years.
Now, turning to the details using fish was 60 grams at the beginning of data and fall to under a half. According to the expenditure of lamb and fish, we can observe that eating this food were at a high level (about 150 and 220 grams respectively) in 1979. However, lamb and fish users reduced nearly 2 times till 2004, while the proportion of beef reached in its pick score approximately 230 grams for the individual during a week in1983.
Finally, the chicken was the most popular food, whilst fish the least attractive in a list. The last year of the 70s eating meal with chicken was under 150 grams and by 25 years the digits fluctuated and got the highest level just under a quarter of a kilogram.
