The line chart illustrates about question accepted rate through place of visitor informatuon in one urban between january until june un 2011.
Overall, by in person and by telephone was the most higher than by email/letter, whereas in the first period people prefer used letter than used by person. While, that is contrast by people used telephone for question received, at the same time for all categories has been fluctuation in every years.
In january, the amount of enquiries received by telephone indicated around 800 and 1.000, the rate was proved that category most popular than another categories at the same time, while in the second month slightly crashed became 800. However in the period sequantially increased and always stable until the end of time was reached 1.600. In addition, the type of in person represented significant developed, in initial of ther first month the number showed upper 400, and several montg after that steadily increased with rating almost 2.00p, this percentage was the biggest number than the amount of another types.
Furthermore, the percentage of people used email for enquiries accepted was almost 800. Meanwhile, in yhe next month until June illustrated constantly decreased that showed around 200 and 400 in June, this amount was the same with the month before.
