The graph below shows the number of enquiries received by the Tourist Information Office in one city over a six-month period in 2011.
The graph illustrates the volume of enquiries which the Tourist Information Office received in particular city over a span of six month in 2011.
From the overall perspective, it is apparent that there were two upward trends and one downward. Enquiries received in person and by telephone had been raised over the all given period, while the letters’ and email’s enquiries had been declined from January till June.
Going into details, in person enquiries showed the most sharp rise, on early it started from the approximately 450 and ended with about 1900. The next rising trends with phone enquiries began with little less than 900 and finished at the final point with 1600. letters and emails enquiries at the beginning of the year marked with less than 800 but by the end of the year the amount dropped to less than 400.
In addition to facts above, the upwards trends had almost the same slightly rising. However, it is needed to highlight that in March all three types of enquiries had not so big gap in numbers with having 700, 800 and 1000.
