In the year 19993, the unemployment rate of the USA is picked accounting 7 percent. USA try to plunged the employment rate in the subsequent year. As the time rise in the USA the unemployment rate gradually decrease. In the year 1999 the rate of unemployment lowered than Japan amounting 4.2 percent of the total. In 7 years they improved there rate of unemployment by 2.8%.
However, in the Japan the rate of unemployment rate is reversed. In the year 1993 Japan has marginal share of unemployment with 2%. Over the period of time the unemployment rate rise to reach its maximum in the year 1999. The rate of percentage rise to 4.5% of the total. From the year 1998 to 1999 the unemployment rate climbed from 3.5% to 4.5%.
To conclude, the unemployment rate was higher in USA than Japan and over the period of time the result is reversed. The rate of percentage of the USA and Japan also become equal in the middle of 1998 and 1999 accounting 4.4%
