The presented line graph illustrates the number of multinational meetings held in three capitals between 1980 and 2010.
Overall, the figure for all cities varied significantly over the period. However, while city C became the host of more conferences than it did before, opposite trends were shown in city A and city B.
Turning into detail, there was no foreign meeting organized in city C. Nevertheless, its number grew considerably before reaching the peak of 35 conferences in 2000. In the next 10 years, it decreased slightly to about 31 meetings, but remained the highest figure among 3 cities.
By contrast, there were downward trends in the figure for city A and city B. Indeed, beginning at 35 and 35 conferences held in 1980, respectively, both city A and city B expressed identical levels of fluctuation in the next years. Therefore, they obtained quite similar figures of around 25 conferences organized in 2010.
