Nowadays, education is a necessary part of human life. There is always a debate on education that it is important in everyone life. Therefore, it is agreed that getting married before finishing school or getting a job is not a good choice. This essay will discuss how the school helps us to develop qualities like teamwork, creativity, and responsibility.

Firstly, school education helps us to become a responsible person. For example, in a school, a class monitor is responsible for the action and behavior of the whole class same as well as school president is responsible for a whole school activity. Therefore, it helps us to be a responsible because after marriage we have a responsibility of our better-half. Thus, it exemplifies that school education is a necessary evil and it helps us to teach how to be a responsible person.

Secondly, school education helps the student to be creative and improve teamwork skills. For example, school summer project helps the student to be creative and use their knowledge and make an effective project in a team, therefore, which helps them to create teamwork skills. Moreover, it helps us to be creative and teamwork skills which help in the job. Therefore, it exemplifies that school education is necessary and it helps the student to be creative and generate a team-work quality it will helpful in getting the job.

In conclusion, team-work responsibility and creativity are generated by education in school. Therefore, it is necessary for getting a job or getting married. That will benefit them in all their life. Thus, Parents should motivate their children to complete their schooling.
