The maps below show the centre of a small town called Islip as it is now, and plans for its development.
The maps give information about redecoration and improvement of town center of a small town which is called lslip.
With the first glance, upper side of the map where shops placed near the countryside is going to have the most revolutions. In other words, shops would be replaced with a shopping mall and bas station and car park which is necessary to new shopping center. However, new housing will be built in the vicinity of car park. In addition, main road will be deleted and replaced with a pedestrian way and cars would not be allowed to pass.
Anyway, previous shops in the other side of the map remain almost unchanged. Nevertheless, new housing is going to be constructed behind the shops in the south of the map and park-space will be decreased. As it can be seen, previous road will be also altered with large dual carriageway where surrounded all shops from both sides.
All in all, in the southeast point of the map, school and housing will not change and these developments are going to be limited inside the dual carriageway.
