Between 1990 and 2005 there were so many changes that took place at the seaside resort of Templeton in terms of developments.
The city is divided into two parts by the river. On the northeast of the river, airport was built in 2005, while it was surrounded by trees 15 years ago. Other things on the east were almost left. At the seaside on the east they also built factories, and on the west buildings and apartments were constructed instead of individual homes and green areas. On the west of the apartments, trees were chopped down and instead the supermarket took place in 2005.
Lake area followed the same trend, individual homes and trees were replaced with apartments. Furthermore, the area that stands between lake area and the supermarket was filled by trees, and at the same area on the east of the lake there was a home and trees but in 2005, they were knocked down. Also, in 2005 the ferry occurred when there was no sea transportation in 1990.
The overall picture is that there were more green areas 15 years ago, but they cutted the trees down and built new things instead in order to develop the place.
