The plans provide the comparison of the university's sports centre at the present and after the renovation. Apparently, the campus of the sports centre will be significantly expanded in three directions except the Northern area.
The two outdoor courts at the present sports centre will no longer exist after the new plans. The court on the west will be replaced by a newly constructed swimming pool while the court on the East will be substituted with one sports hall and two dance studios, witnessing the expansion of the gum in the new plan. There will be three changing rooms in the future plan where the new ones will be located at the Southwest and the Southeast of the centre. As for the newly constructed facilities, a cafeteria and a Sports shop will be added at the Reception area which will be having more space after the redevelopment.
Overall, there will be drastic changes in the structure of the Sport centre with significant removal of certain features whilst adding more modernized facilities to the centre.
