The production technique of red wine

The diagram gives information about the steps involved in making red wine.
In general, there are ten steps in total, starting with the collection of ripe grapes, and ending with refilling bottles of red wine. It can be seen that the production of red wine is totally by hand.
At the beginning of the process, farmers grow grapes until they are mature enough to produce wine, and they select the standard grapes. After that, grapes are kept in anaerobic conditions at least 14-21 days before being put in the crushing machines. Next, these grapes are put in a pot of ale to ferment with skin. There are two stages, one of which is skin and stems are put in a drainer for pressing to squeeze free run juice, whereas the other one creates juice from the pot ale.
Grapes juice undergoes the process of fermentation without skin again before being filtered and maturated from six to 24 months. Finally, workers put ingredients, such as acid, and sugar to make them tasty, and wine is packed in bottles to sell to retailers or supermarkets.
