The charts below show the results of a questionnaire that asked visitors to the Parkway Hotel how they rated the hotel's customer service. The same questionnaire was given to 100 guests in the years 2005 and 2010.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.

The pie charts illustrate survey outcome of customer service of Parkland hotel of 100 visitors in two different years namely 2005 and 2010.
Overall, there was significant improvement of customer service noticed from the survey in the later year. The most dramatic change was in the category of Excellency showed remarkable growth in last year which obviously had an inverse relationship with very poor performance in both the year mentioned. However, the other two points of questionnaire (good and satisfactory) shared over half of the contributions.
Given close look at the data it can be seen that, the drastic change in visitors comment was in the category of excellent, which was raised 23% from 2005's survey. In contrast, very poor service showed an opposite trend and this figure dropped down to about one-fourth in 2010. Likewise, the guests of Parkway hotel rated the poor service similarly decreasing from 21% in 2005 to 12% in 2010.
On the other hand, the other two areas occupied the majority of people's opinion, which comprised almost close to 60%. In 2005, 45% people rated the service satisfactory compared to only 17% in last year. Conversely, a little less than threefold increased in comment was observed in the rest category (good) in the questionnaire.
