The plans below show a student room for two people and a student room for one person at an Australian university.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.

You should write at least 150 words.

The two architectural designs illustrate the details of student accommodation plans, one is for two pupils and the other is only for one in a university of Australia.

Overall, both the apartment has all the necessary amenities but the shared apartment has a few more amenities than the single one. In regard to the size of those accommodations, the lengths are exactly same for both of them as opposed to the width, which is obviously more for the double one. In addition, per weekly rental difference is only $50.

Given close look at shared accommodation for students, the facility is 6 meters in length and 4 meters in width with lots of amenities. Although the students have to share bathroom, kitchen and common area, there is a additional round table and two chairs in the common space, a well sized bookshelf and two spacious cupboards for two roommates. However, bedroom one is more well shaped, built with a window and has more space in comparison to bedroom two, which does not has any window and obviously congested with furniture.

On the other hand, coming to the single facility, the size is generous, length and width are 6 and 2.5 meters respectively. Like the shared apartment, it is also furnished with bed, study desk, television and all the kitchen amenities like stove, microwave and sink. Moreover, the rent for the single accommodation will be a bit higher and whoever own the apartment will have to pay $25 more per week than their peers of shared facility.
