In many places new homes are needed but the only space available for building them is in the countryside Some people believe it is more important to protect the countryside and not build new homes there What is your opinion about this

In this day and age, more and more contemporary attention has been placed on whether or not to build new homes in the countryside. Some people assert that constructing new homes in rural areas is less important than the protection of these zones. In my opinion, the countryside is the majority of farming and agriculture which provide food and fabrics to the cities; however, we can build new homes there without damaging it.

Developing suburbs in rural areas might have egregious consequences for the cities. Food has been harvested for many years and farmers know exactly the number of crops that they will produce at the end of the season. Moreover, building new homes in the countryside could create a huge issue to farmers as they might be located to an unknown zone. Therefore, they will have to learn the weather, soils , pests there , as a consequence , they might have a decline in the amount of crops in comparison to the previous area, which in turn results in a skyrocketing in the market price.

On the other hand, with the increasing population, the demand for new residences is also rising. It is observed that, nowadays, the cities are so heavily over-crowded that there is always a limit to exploiting the space for construction.
Therefore, by building new homes in uncultivated areas of countryside, the problems could be avoidable. This is lying in unused and if it can be converted into residential areas, it would not only ensure a fair distribution of population but help in reducing traffic problems like traffic congestion or environmental issues as air pollution as well.

From these above mentioned reasons, the conclusion can be drawn that a diligent construction plan for new homes keeping in mind the preservation of environment in the countryside will be a win-win situation. It will not only cater to the increasing demand for residential areas but also preserve the beauty and purity of the countryside
