how are you doing and how is the family?Thank you for having me over for Christmas last year. I must say, I really had a nice time and the memories of our various adventures will linger in my heart for a long a while.
I am glad when I received your letter about your proposed visit to Nigeria next month. It is refreshing knowing you have finally accepted to come down for Easter celebration. this would avail us the opportunity of visiting different monumental places in my country such as The Bar Beach, Eyo Museum, Obudu Cattle Ranch and so on.
Unfortunately, the yearly departmental retreat in my organization is scheduled to be held the same date of your arrival, and attendance was made compulsory for all staff.
As you can see, I would be unable to pick you up at the airport due to this work related restraint. However, my husband would be coming to receive you at the airport as soon as your plane touch down.
