Dear Sir/ madam,
I am writing this letter to drawn your concern about the inconvenience faced by my friend in your hotel.
A week ago my friend James sawal visited India for business purpose and on my recommendation he was ready to stayed in your hotel. As James came for some business meeting which was fixed in next morning of his landing. So he told the service staff in advanced to prepared breakfast and bathing arrangement as he didn't wanted to get late for meeting. But he was shocked that the staff didnot gave any attention to his request. As a consequences he was late for his meeting and he was very upset over it.
I would like to tell you that hotel staff are very ignorant toward the guest and if customers are not pleased with services offer in hotel than how can anyone think about any establishment in society in future. So i think there should be some training to deal with person in hotel, mere degree is not sufficient to be a staff of hotels. I am looking forward about improvement in your hotel regarding services in future.
