To whom it may concern;

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction regarding your domestic departure elevator that lead some serious problem while I was flying from New York, The Usa to Heathrow airportin London, The UK.

Please allow me to accentuate with details.

As we were going to international terminal, we wanted to use corner lift with my partner. At first step, everything was usual as we had expected but unusual thing is that it remained middle of 3rd building and stopped moving up.

In spite of fact that I pressed help button more than twenty times, any staff did not respond us to call helping. Finally, we reached ground floor after we had been waiting for a long time but it had not been finished yet.

Much worse scenario is that we were late and were not able to attend boarding and aircraft due to this small fault.
We were expecting to join sales conference in London in which will provide much more knowledge on our future career.

I fully hope that you understand that I was very disappointed about this issue. As a manager of Human Resources you might check and repair the all lift and other equipment of facilities.

I would be grateful so that anyone would not find themselves such difficult circumstances.

I look forward to hearing from you positive response in the near future.

Your faithfully.
