Dear Sir,
I am writing to complain about the bus -A122 which travels daily from Monday to Friday in Vijaya bank layout Bangalore route at 9:00 am.
I am using the bus from the last six months to travel to an office. To my great disappointment, I have never seen the bus to reach Vijay bank pick up point on time. Besides this, it is not having proper sitting facilities for daily commuters, as all seats are torn and in repair position. It's become excruciating to sit on the bus for long hours.
Most of the commuters use public transport daily to travel to their office. After facing these consistent problems, it's become quite difficult to use public transport for the same.
I would request you to look into these issues and instruct the bus conductor to start early from his place to reach on time as well as repair the old torn seats for the public so that they can seat comfortably for longs hours. Thanks for the consideration.
