Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to draw your attention towards the on-going project of road maintenance at Hill street as this has become a cause of annoyance for many.
I am Malisha Smith, resident of Hill street. Since past ten years, my experience of living here has always been pleasurable and uninterrupted until this recent scenario.
As aforementioned, our street is under repair works due to pits and dugs. Although I am quite impressed with the concern of council regarding infrastructure of area, it is causing inconvenience to the localities. The work commences at 8 am with loads of drilling and hammering that has led to loss of tranquillity in the morning. Not only this, the culmination of this work is done in the late evenings which is troublesome for the children who have exams forthcoming.
Now, it is my earnest request from all the members of locality that either the schedule should be altered a little or employing more workers to speed up the task can cater the problem. Besides this, if noisy work can be done in the hours when less people are at home, then this could also work for everyone.
