Dear Sir,

Let me introduce myself first. I am Rena. I am writing this letter of reference with regards to the job (Financial manager vacancy) applied by my colleague. To begin with, Jessica and I are working in the Finance department in Deloitte since 3 years and it has been pleasure working with her.

Furthermore, talking about her educational qualifications, Jessica graduated from Central Michigan University in the year 2014, majored in Supply Chain Finances and was a gold medalist. Her article 'The role of finances in Supply Chain management' was published in New York Business Times and won 'Exceptional research' award in the year 2016. In addition, she is a person loaded with a lot of skills. Contrary to being an introvert in personal life, she has been a people's person, an ardent team-player and displays phenomenal management and leadership skills at work. Jessica was awarded a 'Leadership award' for displaying bias for action during annual rewards and recognition program-2017 in Deloitte.

I recommend Jessica for the role of Financial manager in your organization, on the grounds of her exceptional intelligence, practical knowledge, management and leadership qualities. I believe that she could be an asset who brings value to your organization and strives for the development of the company as well as her profession. Your diligence and esteemed concern will play a prominent role in her career growth.

Should you have any concerns or need further clarification, you can contact me on +0120-9567820 or send an email to Rena@rocket-mail.

Yours faithfully,
Rena.
