Write a letter to your friend, your friend son is going to your country for his holiday, she wants him to stay in your home. But you cant accommodate him.

Write a letter for your friend;
-Apology for your friend
-Explain why he cant stay in your home
-give her suggestion for her son arrangement during his holiday.

Dear Rane,

I am glad to hear from you after a long period and I hope everything is fine at your end. I am delighted to know that your son Rax is visiting my country for vacation as nowadays many youths are attracted towards adventurous trips. However, I am sorry that he can’t stay at my place at this time.

You probably do not know that, I stay at north-east part of my country, which is badly affected by snow storm last week and it is freezing cold as well. Hence, as instructed by local authorities we have been evacuated to higher grounds, where the weather is under control. We have been restricted not to go back to our native until it is safe there. Anyhow, Rax will be visiting south-east part of India on holiday, which is safe and joyful at the moment.

I would like to inform you that, I have many friends in south where he can be accommodated at their place during his visit. I have already asked our common friend Bob about the stay and he is more than happy to help you out. I have given you contact address so that he can reach you in a day or two.

Please let me know if anything else I can do, with respect to the his holiday trip, and I deeply regret for the deviation in your plan caused by bad weather

Yours lovingly,
Hari
