Dear Manager(Name),
I am Ajantha from the Testing project of Target's DTF section and am writing to you to voice out about the recurring issues with the system I used to work.
The system needs proper installation of the testing tools and the Ideal workspace. I have tried calling the Admin helpdesk regarding the issue and have been following up with them for the past 3-4 days. In Spite of my kind reminders to them, there is no proper response from the helpdesk team. I have even raised a issue in the IT portal with highly important flag. Neither the comments section regarding the progress of their work has been updated nor the Admin team peers contacted me. This issue has been affecting the progress of my day to day work. Since I have to work in the testing tools predominantly to test my test cases and submit the end of the day report to my lead, these issues are hampering the reports at a higher level.
Could you please let me know if there is any conducive way to sort out the issue? I have attached the screenshots of the follow up emails that I have been sending to them for the past 3-4 days for your reference.Please take the necessary actions and escalate the issue with highest priority.
