I am writing this to report you a technical problem encountered with our existing computer system of our premises, which we have been experiencing for last two months.
As you may be aware of the decreased performance of our computer systems, I would like to inform you regarding the cause of the problem, which I have just identified. Basically, all this is faced due to infection of malware to our intranet. This virus has been believed to get entered through use of the internet facility. At the same time, I would also like to suggest some possible solution to resolve this situation from its base. I have come to know that out anti-virus software is outdated. And we will need to upgrade it for the betterment of this condition. I have already inquire for latest available firewall software, which are supplied with the bunch of other safety tools such as anti-phishing plug-in. I have enclosed the quotation and brochure for several software.
