You recently stayed at a hotel and had a problem there. Write an email to the manager and describe how the receptionist helped to fix the problem quickly. Include the following in your letter:

Hello Mr. Peter,
Manager, Novotel Hotel,
Goa.
I am Divya, one of your happiest guest in your hotel. I am writing this letter to express my gratitude towards the services I received during my recent stay in your hotel.
I booked a one Deluxe Suite in your hotel for 4 days from 20th October to 23rd October, 2017 during my vacation in Goa. I have read about your hospitality in many travellers websites and thought to experience your service and I am happy with my decision about using your services. On 1st day of my stay I found that shower and bathroom taps are not working, so I have immediately called on reception and asked your receptionist Miss Priya to shift me to another Deluxe Suite but unfortunately no other Deluxe Suite was vacant in your hotel but your receptionist handle the situation very well and offered me Super Deluxe Suite in your hotel as a compensation for the issue I faced during my stay and that too without charging any extra payment from me. I must say your hospitality is awesome and will definitely recommend your hotel to my friends and colleagues during their stay in Goa.
It would be great if you can offer some promotion or performance appraisal to your receptionist as she is very helping and know very well how to keep the guests happy. I hope you will take my suggestions in a hastily manner.
