Dear Sir,
I am writing to complain about my dissatisfaction regarding my recent trip, that I have had booked from your agency.
Last month, I went to Mauritius to spend the holidays with my wife for ten days. I had reserved the hotel from your MTP travel agency. However, our entire stay was faulty as we could not avail the single service properly.
Actually, the hotel where we have stayed was not comfortable. The whole management was insisting us to share the room with someone else due to the limited space. But, somehow we have managed to occupy a private room after some heated arguments with the owner. However, they did not give the proper facilities that we needed. Although, the food and hospitality were totally annoying. Therefore, we have not satisfied as the expenses were considerably higher than the service provided.
Nevertheless, this has not expected from the reputed organizations as yours. Our vacation has vanished owing to these such activities. Now, it is your responsibility to compensate for tariffs of the expensive hotel. I would be grateful if you could take this matter into your consideration.
