I hope you will find this letter in the best of health and happiness. It seems ages and we haven't met for a while. Anyway, I would like to give you the news that I'll be in your City next month.
As you know, I have been working with a multinational software company for the past five years. Due to the excellent job performance, my manager decided to send me to represent our firm in tech Seminar next month in your city Vancouver. The meeting will be only for two weeks and during that time I would like to stay with you in your apartment. The meeting will be held in the mornings for about three hours a day. And then for rest of the day, I am free to go anywhere.
During that spare time, we both can move around in your city and can enjoy our old friendship days together. Besides, I know fourteen calendar days are pretty much long. It will be a financial burden on you to feed me and to give me shelter. But, I would like to offer to pay for myself for the days that I insist to stay at your place.
