Dear Sir,
I am writing this epistle to bring your attention to the hostel accommodation facilities. We are suffering with a major issues related to hygiene in toilets. The cleanliness is worst in all the rooms in our hostel block.
I came from India and our country is known is struggling with such issues as compare with developed countries like this one. Although, by looking the amenities I could not find it better anyhow. I thought the hygiene will be the top priority from your support and cleaning of washrooms will be on the daily basis. But, unfortunately it is not correct and no one is caring about to complaint since I joined this hostel block.
I would request you to find the solution as early as possible or else change the accommodation of all students to any other block where hygienic conditions are good.
I hope you will understand our situation and take the action on immediate basis.
