Essay topics:

You are unable to attend a farewell party of a colleague at work. Write a letter to him/her. In your letter, you should:
-say why you can’t come
-give him/her your best wishes.
-suggest another time and place for you to meet.

Dear Rose,

I hope you are doing well by the grace of Almighty. Also, I'm happy to hear about your promotion in another company. However, I'm writing today to express my absence on your farewell party at Lizzy's Restaurant on the coming Friday.

I'll be travelling a day before Friday to London for a business meeting with our new client which is Range Rover. The appointment was already scheduled a past three-weeks, and the same cannot be adjusted because it is only chance to win them as our new client which will give us enormous amounts of profit in the next business quarter as they are launching a new electric vehicle in the coming two months.

I wish you all the best for your brighter future ahead and great challenges which will you accomplish with your work , passion, and dedication.

After coming back from London, I'll schedule a meetup with you in the next week at Rico's Bar around 7pm on Wednesday. Besides, it would be a great fun to spend time at our favorite bar.

Looking forward to meet you soon.

Warm Regards,
Shwatank
