Dear Sir or Madam,
I am a resident of Lumus Residency, Redmond. The purpose of my writing is with the connection about disturbance caused by high sound and noise from your restaurant, which is impacting disturbance.
I am pursuing " Hotel Marketing" and it is my final year, I have to study for my examination, which is going to happen in next month. However, due to the noise from your place, it is very difficult to concentrate. The sound of music stays on high volume regardless of the time of the day, consequently, that interrupt the serenity of our vicinity. Not even me, several other residents are also feeling the same, young ones and old age persons are most affected.
I suggest you, firstly to keep the volume of music low, preferably use only when needed. Secondly, there should be a time limit around late hours, music should stop around ten at night, which is also regulated by government law. If the problem persists, I am afraid we have to make a complaint about it to the local council, apart from this, we will protest in front of the restaurant which will be not in the benefit of your business.
Looking for some prompt optimistic action from your side.
Your Faithfully,
Anna Mathew
