I am writing this letter to inform you that I am planning to apply 3 days annual leave because our financial year has been finished and the new year plan has not confirmed yet. I supposed that it is a great time to relax and be prepare for new projects.
I checked the calendar last night, we have 3 public holidays which is next Friday, Monday and the following Thursday. If I could take a break on next Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, I would have 8 days for my vacation, and also this is not the peak season in our business, a wide range of our clients will go to the holiday as well.
During my annual leave, my team member could manage 90% of daily tasks such as replay general email and chat with our client online. I will be able to answer the phone if we have some urgent business. Every night I could check email and arrange the work if need.
