Dear Anna,

Hello, how are you? Hope you are having a joyous time. I am writing this letter to for not returning your book that I borrowed from you on time.

I borrowed the Advanced Marketing and Advertising book from you last week as the book was really important for me to prepare for my MBA exams. I promised to return the book after the exams, however, I forgot to do the same. I sincerely regret for not returning the book as promised.

Please let me know that if this book is really important for you in your studies and will help you in preparing your exams or else you can manage without this book.

I will post the book through direct airmail today itself to your house address and it will reach to you within a day or two, moreover, I will inform you the proof of delivery number so that you can track the package. Please inform me once you will receive the book.

I sincerely ask for forgiveness for the inconvenience caused to you for not giving back your book after my exams.

Keep in touch. See you soon.

Best Wishes,

Prabhpreet Kaur
