You have an extra room in your apartment and would like to rent it out to a student. Write a letter to the university council officer and say:– Describe your apartment and the facilities available.– Why do you want to rent out a room?– What kind of

Dear sir or madam,

I am constrained to write to approach you for seeking urgent help in dire circumstances which are looming over my head. Allow me to elaborate.

I am a student of Bachelors programme at Downtown campus. I am staying nearby in Vauxhall Apartment. I have rented a two bedroom apartment till December, 2019. In addition, the apartment has 2 separate bathrooms and a kitchen. Moreover, the house is a fully furnished one.

I am unable to meet out the expenses of rent. I had a part-time job till last month. However, I lost that job as well. As such, now I am not in a position to pay off the rent on my own. Initially, I was staying with a senior, but he has graduated this fall. Further, I cannot ask my parents for financial assistance because there are financial crisis going on with them. I do not wish to create any burden on them.

Laconically, I am looking for someone to share the rent equally and further willing to stay for a long period of time. Further, I am looking for someone who is a student in the university itself, more into studies and looking for a calm place to reside in a budget of about $350 per head.

I would feel elated if you can help me at the time of need.

Yours faithfully,
Brad Jason
