You have an extra room in your apartment and would like to rent it out to a student. Write a letter to the university council officer and say:– Describe your apartment and the facilities available.– Why do you want to rent out a room?– What kind of

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am a student of 'Computer Science Branch' in your college, of batch 2018 to 2022. The purpose of my writing is to inform you about a vacant room in my apartment for rent and requesting you to search for an appropriate tenant for the same from our college.

I live in 'Galaxy Residency, Redmond', which is a walk away from the university center. It is a 3BHK set, with all three bedrooms set with separate washrooms, along with big common hall area and kitchen with all facilities. The apartment is in the prime location and in the proximity of all basic amenities like bank, hospital, supermarket, and many more.

Recently, my parents have shifted in our countryside house, and have no intention to move back. Thus, it is better to utilize the apartment for rent, also, it would be the best idea to avoid loneliness. I would like to prefer a female tenant which should be vegetarian, and hygiene conscious. I am offering one room only for now with the rest of the house facilities in the amount of six thousand per month which will raise per year base.

I look forward to hearing from you promptly.

Your Faithfully,
Anna Mathew
