Dear Mr. Emad,
I am writing to inform you that I will be unable to continue in attending the part-time Project Management evening course.
I have been attending the evening classes over the last two months, and it is really an adding value to my knowledge. As I stated in my course application form, I work a full-time job at a large Engineering company. I hardly managed to fit the course into my personal schedule.
However, my company is currently on the verge of signing a new project with an important client in China, and I have been selected in the team that will study the tender documents and travel to Beijing to negotiate the terms and conditions. Hence, I committed with some additional works at evening for the next couple of months, and it will be impossible to continue with the booked evening classes. I will be probably travelling out of the country for several weeks.
Same course will be repeated after two months. Rather than try to catch up when I come from China, I was wondering if it is possible to join the course with the next cohort in October.
I look forward to receiving your acceptance on my request.
