Essay topics:

You have a full-time job and you are also doing a part-time evening course.

You now find that you cannot continue the course.

Write a letter to your teachers. In your letter

describe the situation

explain why you cannot continue at this time

say what action you would like to take

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear ................. ,

Dear Mrs. Redd,

I am writing to let you know that a full time job has kept me busy, therefore I cannot continue this evening course. The company had earlier offered me designer level post and now have promoted me to Senior Manager. Due to this huge responsibility, I am unable to attend classes and lack behind with my submissions and assignments.

Though the work profile is very interesting, the job gets tedious and demands over time hours. This packed scheduled is exhausting allowing less rest hours therefore hampering my work profile as well as this course. Hence, I have decided to withdraw from the classes.

However, I understand that this course is non refundable and completely abide by the rules and regulations. All pending dues shall be paid by next week earliest. I would really appreciate if you could let me know of any necessary formalities that needs to be done in person to process this faster.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Yours sincerely,

Manj Kaur.
