I hope the letter find you in the best of health. As you know, I have been going from pillar to post for the purposes of house hunting. I have a good new to share. Allow me to elaborate.
As you know, I and Miranda are expecting our second child. Further, we were somehow managing living in a basement for a significant time period. However, the crime rate in the area had started rampantly increasing and it was a daily routine to hear rounds of firing in the neighborhood. I had started fearing for the safety of my family. As a result, we decided to move away from there.
Furthermore, now we have taken an independent house in Rose Avenue. I can say that it is one of the safest areas of the city. Moreover, I feel that the house is a cheap deal considering it has 5 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms for a throw away price. We are happy with the investment. I can see raising our children in the present house with ample playing space and independent rooms for their own privacy.
We are all settled in the new house and would really love to have you over for dinner next week. A surprise awaits you. Let me know your plan.
