Dear sir,
I am xyz and live in the room No -T223, which is two bed shared room in your collage hostel. I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction about the room, where I am facing some unmanageable problems and those are impacting my study badly.
First of all, the room is very small and not accommodate two beds and we hardly get space for walk or move in the room. There is no proper ventilation facility and we scarcely get the sunlight and fresh air. We found to use the light 24 of hours a day and this is not good for our physical and mental health. it is quite suffocating and because of this, I am not able to concentrate in my study. Hence, I have to go one of my friend's rooms whenever I have to study
Moreover, the bathroom lock has been broken and this is really embarrassing. We have complained about this issue to the carpenter twice but did not get any response till date. My final exams are going to start from the next month.
I hardly request to you please allow me any other room where at least proper ventilation facility is present. It would be very helpful for me to concentrate on my study and pass my exam with good score.
