You recently did a short cookery course. The cookery school has asked for your feedback on this course.
Write a letter to the course director at the cookery school. In your letter,
• describe what you enjoyed about the course
• say how much cooking you've done since the course
• suggest another cookery course you'd like the school to offer
Write at least 150 words.
You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:
Dear Sir or Madam,

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter with regards to the wonderful cookery course held by Chef Sanjeev Kapoor.

I am Tim Frank and enrolled in cookery course in the month of January 2020 which was held in Mumbai for 3 days. I was very nervous before enrolling into the course as I was unaware about basic cooking. I was fascinated with each and every part of the course. It was well planned starting from introduction followed by practicals and then presentation with theory part. I enjoyed bakery part a lot and made notes too for cakes and pastries.

Whenever I get time after college hours during weekends, I have my hands on bakery products. Recently I prepared Chocolate Brownie cake which was taught during the lecture with some Donouts and croissants and invited my friends who are very much fond of it.

There will be summer vacation which will be starting from the month of May for 2 months, so I would request you to schedule one more such course for a month. As per my opinion, you can inculcate sea food dishes too in the next lecture as it is easily found in our country but delicate to prepare it.

Let me know when the next cookery course will take place and I will be glad to enroll in it. I will be waiting for your response.

Yours Faithfully,
Tim Frank
