I am writing this letter to express my gratitude on the cookery course I took last month. Thank you for your considerate letter regarding to asking me the feedback of it.
I have cooked meals for my family for two weeks after finishing the class. Most of the dishes were appraised by my parents. Obviously, this was a great progress I made, because of the skills I gained from this course. In the class, my tutor Mr. Smith would not let us make a pizza or fry steaks immediately, instead, he always introduced the cooking porcess in details and share us the mistakes he made when he was an apprentice. After that, with his guidance, everything worked smoothly in the cooking. Moreover, I think I am talented in kitchen by his encouragements.
Now, as the "main chief" in my family, I would like to learn more about Meditterian food. Thus, I will be really appreciated if you can think about openning new courses in this field, which is recommended by doctors and food experts.
