Dear Sir,
My name is Sudarvizhi Durairaj. Currently, I am residing in the Padmaathy Colony which comes under the Medavakkam Municipality. I am writing this letter to complain regards the public transportation issue happening in my area.
Let me explain the issue in detail. For the past couple of weeks, I could realize that the buses never arrive at the bus stop on time. Also, the number of buses are reduced, when compared to the past year. Moreover, the bus vehicles are not even stopped exactly in front of the stopping, instead drivers stop either 10-inch front or back.
Above are the challenges faced by the public. Due to this the average number of individuals inside each bus has increased enormously. Because of the heavy population, aged people could not find enough seat to sit. In addition, when the bus is not paused in the appropriate place, it is difficult to run an catch the bus. Therefore I Kindly request you to take stern action against the irregular workers. Apart from this, also please do some arrangements to initiate more buses in my area.
I hope you will look into the matter at the earliest and do the needful.
