Dear Dave,
I am writing to complain about the water leakage in kitchen washing area which has occurred many times even after multiple repairings.
It started last week when my maid was cleaning the kitchen wash area and mistakenly broke the pipe beneath wash basin. I am not sure though how she can break it as the pipe is hard enough to bear any stress.
Initially, it was only a few drops but now the intensity of its flow has increased. As a result, making the floor wet and slippery. Moreover, the leaked water gets stored in the corner, Consequently, it starts stinking until removed manually. I also called a plumber to have this problem resolved but it did not work out as he suggested a new pipe instead of fixing the old one
It would be very helpful if you could send a more experienced plumber. However, if that is not possible then could you please allow me to buy a new pipe so that this problem can be fixed permanently. Also, I request you to compensate the cost of it from next month's rent.
