I am writing this letter to complain about the heating system of your hotel and also disregarding behavior of your employees. My husband and I are the guests of room number 203, a double-bed room. I had reserved this room for three night from 2nd of July for our honeymoon.
When we arrived on this city, we were extremely surprised because we prepared our selves to face with a warm weather but the weather unseasonably was cold. To be more specific, it was below freezing and a blanket of snow was covered the ground. We spent first night of our stay in cold weather since we didn’t bring warm clothes to dress up. Moreover, the heating system crashed so that we felt having cold in next day.
I did press this point with your staffs in the morning of second day but unfortunately, they didn’t pay any attention and when I remembered them for second time, they told me that there is a fundamental problem in heating system of hotel and we couldn’t repair it due to weekend. They also said to me that you should be more tolerant until the first day of week.
But you know, my husband and I are spending our honeymoon’s days, but this problem makes us a little nervous. I request you to solve this inefficiency as soon as possible. Otherwise, with dealing in mind the circumstance I trust that you will kindly book a room in other hotel for us to spend the last night of our trip with peace and tranquil.
