Dear Mohan Sir,
My name is Vishal and I am working in your organization since last October as a part-time employee in Quality assurance department. I am writing this letter to you regarding some concerns about the behaviour of some employee with me.
I am a foreign student in Centavo College, and I am working in your organization to fund my education fees. Working in your QA Department has helped a lot to understand the basic parameters required in the food safety and it was a great learning experience, but unfortunately, some of the people in your organization are not good. I do not want to disclose the name of these individuals. Although these people are discriminating on the basis of gender and nationality is going to make the worst condition in the near future. With their unexpected behaviour, I would not be able to work anymore.
I would request to take some actions to control the work-life balance, such as shuffling in different departments of these individuals will be beneficial for both, the company as well as employee.
I hope you will understand my circumstance and grant me to leave the organization.
