Dear Sir/ Madam
My name is XXX, I am writing to make a complaint about the tour to Bali that your agent arranged for me last month, from July 13th to 20th, of which contract number is N11200BL
I booked the tour after seeing your agent’s advertisement, which said a 7-day tour just 1000 dollars per person, including flight ticket, 3 stars hotels, all meals, free tour guide and travel bus. I was so excited because visiting Bali had always been my dream. unfortunately, it turned out to be a disaster.
The first disappointment came up with the hotel. It even did not have an air-condition while the weather was extremely hot. It was nowhere near to 3-star hotel standard. The second bad thing was the meals, which were not only taste bad but also unhygienic. I had the trots after first day, so I decided to eat on my own at another restaurant. The tour guide is the last straw that break the camel’s back. Instead of introducing us about the place and making us happy, he just tried to sell products and optional services all the time. When I denied to buy, his attitude was really rude. He even cancelled our bus to go to the Pagoda, which was included in the tour.
Base on above, I would like to ask for 30% refund, because the only thing I received from your agent was the flight. I had horrible experiences with your tour and it destroyed my dream.
