Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to draw your attention to the poor service delivery to the patients visiting in your hospital's emergency department.
I had been there due to illness of my daughter, who was suffering from severe diarrhea and vomiting last night. we have tried to give her first aid at home. Her deteriorating health condition impelled us to go to the nearby hospital. we arrived at 8:00 p.m in the A&E, unfortunately no-one came to see my her until 12:00 am.
I was intermittently contacting to the Reception and Nursing staff, but they were not giving her proper attention and care to the matter.
I was really disappointed by their behaviour and shouted to attend her as she was drained completely due to severe vomitting. while listening my daughter's screams, a doctor came out from the staff room after 4 hours and attended my patient. The doctor prescribed some medicines to bring it from pharmacy and then she started treatment. we have never had an experience like that before, we were quite distressed as no-one was bothering.
I would like to take a notice of this unlawful and unethical behaviour of your staff. I am provinding you the admission and discharge slip of my daughter.
Please look into this matter unless patents stop visiting you!
