Dear Mr Brown,

I hope this letter finds you in good health. I am writing this letter to express my joy and excitement to begin working with your company soon. Additionally, there are a couple of items that are needed to be present in my future office inevitably hence, I urge you to make them available as soon as possible for making my work feasible.

To embark upon, I will require two External hard drives of 1 TB each, a latest Laptop of "Lenovo" company with a wireless mouse and keypad along with a comfortable revolving chair. Allow me to explain the necessity of these belongings i.e. being a Software Engineer, It is pivotal for me to store the vast confidential data securely thus, hard drives are crucial for me. Plus, I am suffering from Disc prolapse which justifies the demand of a suitable chair and wireless gadgets.

Lastly, I firmly believe that it would be wise to buy all the electronic equipments from Nehru Place as it is the wholesale market and you will get everything at a very reasonable price. Furthermore, Furniture market is the best place to purchase a chair because it has a slew of distributors who provide such furniture at lesser rate.

Thanking you in anticipation.

Yours faithfully,
John
