Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to draw your immediate attention towards the problem I am facing with the keyboard of brand ‘Dell’. I bought it from your ‘Dell Hardware’ shop on 31st March with invoice number 3657, which I intended to use for my work purpose.
Initially, for few days it worked fine. However, yesterday, when I was working on some reports, then to my surprise, some of the keys were not working therefore, I was unable to complete my work.
I need to prepare these urgent reports for my current project and the deadline to send is 8th April. I am afraid I might not be able to deliver it on time due to this issue. Unfortunately, I am working from home, so hardware team of my office is unreachable. Therefore, I need you to send a technician who can urgently fix this device. Alternately, if not fixed, could you replace it with another keyboard? as it is covered under warranty against any manufacturing defects for a period of one year.
