Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am writing this letter to inform you about the problem I am facing, using the laptop provided by you.
Let me tell you in details. I am a part-time employee of your company and I work from home. My employment ID being E246P, the company provided me with a laptop and a WIFI gadget at the time of my joining that is a week back. Everything was good until yesterday when I tried to switch on my laptop and all I could see was a blank screen. Because of this, I am badly stuck and unable to do anything in it. I took it to the nearby vendor before bringing the matter in your notice but he said, the process to rectify the error will take at least two days. However, this way, assigned work will be affected badly.
Therefore, I would like to request you to please, either change my laptop or help me with a replacement of it till the time it will be worth using again so that the work can go smoothly.
I hope you will take this matter seriously and can initiate a quick response. Looking forward to hearing from you.
Yours sincerely,
Neha
